The Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning (Boverket) has submitted legislative proposals to the Government on implementation of EU requirements for the calculation and reporting of life-cycle GWP for new buildings. There are also legislative proposals on limit values for the climate impact from new buildings.
The Nordic Climate Forum for Construction in September 2024 in Malmö clearly highlighted how the Nordic region is simultaneously strengthening internal collaboration in meeting future climate related requirements. This report contains the answers on the questionnaire at the round table discussions at the Forum. The results are also commented shortly by the authorities.
