In the request for quote, RFQ, the developer shall address all conditions that apply for the tender.

The RFQ documentation is the collection of documents that the developer gives to the contractors in procurement, and shall contain all conditions for procurement of contracts in construction projects. The documents included in the RFQ documentation may be administrative instructions, drawings, descriptions and bills of quantities. The RFQ documentation shall be comprehensive and contain all documents necessary for the procurement.

RFQ documentation shall also provide information on the requirements set in the procurement, as well as the procurement's scope. The RFQ documentation shall also describe how tenders are to be submitted and how the tenders will be evaluated.
