Ownership

This is an easy-to-read page.

Ownership may be both for private homes or ownership apartments.
Then you own your residence.
Since 1 May 2009 it is possible to build new multi-dwelling buildings with owner-occupied apartments or rebuild buildings which are not residential buildings to ownership apartments.

Ownership apartments mean that you own your apartment, not just the right to use the residence, like in a tenant-owned apartment.

This means that you, for example, can sell the apartment or let it out without permission, just like a private home.
